What can business leaders learn from an elite rugby team about leadership, trust, communication and performance under pressure?

The French Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, together with its partner chambers, invites senior executives to an exclusive Executive Rugby Leadership Experience with Benetton Rugby, one of Italy’s most successful rugby clubs.

Designed specifically for CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and senior decision-makers, this immersive programme takes leadership development beyond the traditional conference room.

Benetton Rugby’s management, coaches and former Italian national team players will use the dynamics of elite sport as a living case study to explore challenges that business leaders face every day: leading from the front, building trust, putting the team before the individual, communicating clearly under pressure and performing effectively as one team.

FROM THE PITCH TO THE BOARDROOM

Throughout the afternoon, participants will combine executive leadership sessions and interactive workshops with simple rugby-inspired team challenges.

The experience will focus on four key dimensions:

No rugby experience or particular level of fitness is required.

We will have the pleasure of hosting members of the top management and coaching team of Benetton Rugby, including several former Italian national team players:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This programme is designed specifically for CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and senior executives of our member companies and partner business communities.

This is deliberately not a large-scale conference. To preserve the interactive character of the programme, facilitate direct exchanges with the Benetton Rugby delegation and create meaningful executive-level networking, the number of participants is strictly limited.

We invite our member companies to nominate senior-level participants with leadership and decision-making responsibilities within their organisations.

PARTICIPATION FEE

€250 + VAT / participant

The participation fee includes the full Executive Rugby Leadership Experience, all leadership sessions and interactive activities, as well as the Networking Lunch, coffee break and Executive Networking Dinner with the Benetton Rugby delegation.
